LiberatingU / Freedom Code LLC is a coach and educator, not a licensed medical doctor, nurse, psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, licensed professional counsellor, social worker, occupational therapist, dietitian, or any other licensed or registered healthcare provider. The coaching provided is not regulated by any healthcare licensing authority and no professional-client therapeutic relationship is created.

No Diagnosis, Treatment, or Cure

Nothing provided through Freedom Code LLC's website, marketing materials, social media, emails, coaching sessions, courses, programmes, or any other communications or services is intended to or should be understood to:

• Diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, illness, or medical condition
• Diagnose, treat, cure, or manage any mental health condition, psychological disorder, or psychiatric illness
• Replace or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

Biofeedback-Informed Techniques

Freedom Code LLC may use biofeedback-informed techniques as part of its Coaching Services. These techniques are used as educational self-awareness and self-regulation tools only. They are not clinical biofeedback therapy as administered by licensed healthcare professionals. No medical or clinical claims are made regarding the efficacy of these techniques. Any references to the nervous system, stress response, or physiological processes are made in an educational context and are not clinical assessments or diagnoses.
